Bea World – The International Festival of Events and Live Communication – is the essential meeting place and networking event for the international event community. One full week of creativity, networking opportunities, knowledge transfer and destination experiences culminate in the ceremony celebrating the winners of the Best Event Awards.
The Best Event Awards:
Bea World is an initiative that recognises and promotes excellence in events and live communication across the whole world and takes place in the context of Bea World – The International Festival of Events and Live Communication. Created in 2006 to foster and advance the importance of events in the marketing plans of large and smaller corporations, the Best Event Awards (formerly known as EuBea – European Best Event Awards) have helped participating agencies from 40 countries in finding inspiration and new ideas for their events, and are now acknowledged as the main and most challenging international industry recognition. As in previous years, shortlisted agencies contesting for the renowned golden elephant awards will have the opportunity to present their projects live to the Jury and Bea World Festival delegates.

The Festival main features:
- Digital Live Show
Bea World Festival is a truly digital live communication experience. The best event agencies and most interesting venues and destinations in the world will showcase their projects live to the Jury members and delegates in a public audition. All shortlisted events will be presented in approximately 8 minutes by a representative of the entrant agency, including a 3-minute video, a 2-minute speech, and a 2-minute Q&A session. Winners will be celebrated on Friday 17 December during the Awards Ceremony. - Interaction
